Lovinklaan is also marking this special anniversary with the launch of its refreshed brand: a unified look and feel that will help you easily recognize Lovinklaan programs and better understand how they can support you and all our people, Arcadis’ most valued assets.

The globe shape of the Quest logo focuses on ‘connection’: two different pathways from around the globe come together in the middle of the globe. Our logo is part of the Lovinklaan family, to foster cohesion between the foundation and its programs. All logos have the same style and colors and represent the international character of the programs.

- Have enabled about 700 Arcadians (about 2-3 people each week) to go on a Quest exchange since 2008
- Connects employees from more than 25 countries through the Global Shapers program yearly
- Financially supports the UN-Habitat and Arcadis partnership that have completed more than 90 Shelter missions since 2010
- Invested as part of the Satellite & Imagine program for more than € 900,000 in 80 innovative ideas generated by Arcadians since 2014
- Enable more than 3,750 employees from 15 countries to become shareholders of Arcadis through the Global Share Plan

Background on Lovinklaan Foundation
Lovinklaan Foundation was established in 1982 to support the restart of Heidemij Holding, the predecessor of Arcadis NV. The foundation possesses more than 18% of the shares, is led by Arcadians, and funds different employee programs. Lovinklaan promotes the interests of Arcadians in shaping the future and continuity of the enterprise and supports employees in reaching their full potential within the wider organization. Next to participating in the XX program, you can also benefit from one of the other programs powered by Lovinklaan.

Make international connections and develop improvements with Global Shapers
Global Shapers is a selective program that engages young and ambitious Arcadians and challenges them to invent and develop improvements for Arcadis. How to apply? Arcadians with less than 5 years of work experience can apply for this program; the new application cycle will start in the second quarter of 2018.

Go on a mission to improve quality of life with Shelter
Shelter is a partnership between Arcadis and UN-Habitat that supports community involvement and is sponsored by Lovinklaan. Shelter enables Arcadians to share pro bono advice through workshops and missions in the fields of infrastructure, environment, and water in an effort to improve the quality of life for others. You can sign up for several workshops held in offices around the world and upload your CV to the Shelter mission database.

Share your bright ideas within Satellite and win the Imagine innovation award
Imagine & Satellite – is the global innovation program that encourages individuals to promote a wealth of groundbreaking ideas and designs to foster an environment of innovation and creativity within Arcadis. How to participate? Ideas for Satellite can be submitted throughout the year and are reviewed monthly. The Imagine Award is announced annually.
Take ownership in Arcadis via the Global Share Plan
Global Share Plan focuses on employee engagement and shared ownership, as a shareholder, you can impact the decision-making process of the organization and obtain a share in the growth, development, and success of Arcadis. How to sign up? The program is available for employees in 15 countries, you can only sign up during designated periods between the 1st and 23rd of March, June, September, and December.
