Knowledge exchange and expanding network
Quest is an international transfer program that focuses on connecting Arcadians from all over the world, enabling participants to expand their global network. The program offers Arcadis’ employees the opportunity to exchange their knowledge and expertise with other Arcadians for the duration of one week. Lovinklaan pays the travel and accommodation costs and compensates out of pocket expenses for the host.
After a brief hiatus due to COVID-19 restrictions, the program was relaunched in 2023. The Lovinklaan Foundation adopted an inclusive approach to address past program challenges and reimagine the Quest program by taking into account the perspective of over 400 Arcadians, through surveys, interviews, and a design thinking workshop. Participants will recognize all of the beloved aspects of Quest in the redesigned program while also seeing improvements around accessibility, guidance resources, intentional planning, and the formation of a Quest community.
