Enhancing Arcadians’ skills and accelerating innovation

Launched in 2024, IGNITE is a dynamic new program proudly supported by the Lovinklaan Foundation. The program is dedicated to enhancing the skills of both seasoned innovators as well as budding talents within Arcadis. IGNITE empowers Arcadians in every role, whether client-facing or in an enabling function, to drive forward client-centric innovation.

Designed as a transformative journey, the program has two stages:

• The first stage aims to upskill a large number of Arcadians through a virtual training experience provided by the top corporate innovation company in the world. Over a course of 6 weeks, participants learn to develop value propositions, design business models and test business ideas. This training is a combination of self-paced learning and one-hour live coaching in small cohorts, providing opportunities for people to connect with other colleagues and work on an innovation project together.
• The second stage, for a selected few, welcomes a class of 25 Arcadians each year for an in-person innovation masterclass experience, facilitated by the Arcadis Global Innovation and Ecosystems team. Those attending this masterclass have the opportunity to become innovation coaches and foster a ripple effect across the organization.
