Global Share Plan
The Global Share Plan came to an end on 31 December 2020 and will not be renewed. It is therefore no longer possible to enroll in the program.
From January 1, 2022, Lovinklaan requested all participants to sell or transfer their shares before the deadline. All deadlines have passed.

Global Shares
Activating your account
If you have not activated your account yet and do not yet have login details, you will need to request an activation link. Please contact Global Shares to request an activation e-mail. You can do this by visiting this website and clicking on “Contact us” in the upper right corner. Then use the webform to request your activation e-mail.
When activating your account, you need to fill out several forms including MiFID II. Click on the following link to learn more about MiFID II.
o comply with MiFID II, Global Shares will require your full official name, date of birth, Nationality and National ID before they can complete transaction requests on your behalf. Please have this information ready when activating your account.
You will also be asked to supply your TIN: Tax Information Number. Click on the following link to learn more about TIN.
From now on you can log in with your chosen username and password. You can also access your account directly from an Arcadis office or when connected via the Arcadis Tunnel by going to the url: equitygateway.arcadis.com
Accessing your account
You need to login into Equity Gateway. You can do so by going to:
– https://arcadis.globalsharesequity.co.uk (using your login details)
– equitygateway.arcadis.com (without login details – from an Arcadis office or when connected via the Arcadis Tunnel)
Requesting your username or password when forgotten
Go to https://arcadis.globalsharesequity.co.uk and click the ‘Forgot Password’ or ‘Forgot Username’ buttons.
Please note that it may take several business days before you receive the necessary information to log in.
If you have not received your password within 2 working days, please contact Global Shares.

Tax
Will I receive any kind of receipt, tax form or year-end statement for tax purposes?
All information around taxes and the tax forms can be found on the Lovinklaan website, namely here.
To download any statements available for you (this depends on your country), please log in to your Global Shares account. You can log in here: https://arcadis.globalsharesequity.co.uk/ or from an Arcadis office (or connected via Arcadis Tunnel) here: equitygateway.arcadis.com. You can find your statements in your Global Shares account under Resources -> Document Library
Why is my Equatex and Global Shares account showing up in my tax return forms?
European banks are required to inform local tax authorities of any savings and/or investment accounts which are held by the tax payer; this data then shows up in your tax return form.
Equatex used to be the plan administrator for the Global Share Plan, supported by EquatePlus as the online banking system. Equatex got replaced by a new plan administrator, Global Shares, with Equity Gateway as online banking system.

Who do I contact if I have questions or need assistance?
