Why did I apply for a Quest
My name is Ahren Tatro and I currently work as a Senior Management Consultant at the Arcadis office in San Francisco, California. Back when I still worked at the office in New York, I was looking to connect with colleagues in the U.K. and decided to go on a Quest exchange . My aim was to understand more about their business and clients while providing feedback on how we operate stateside.
Highlight of my Quest experience
During my Quest, I was able to attend a quarterly meeting and connect with nearly every member of the U.K. management consulting practice. I was also able to visit a client site and learn more about how we engage with them on a daily basis.
Learnings and experiences
A few takeaways I took with me from my Quest were the contracting methods used per office and getting an understanding in the different offerings within Arcadis that we can translate into wins. I would recommend anyone with a desire to learn more about the company to go on a Quest. You will make useful network connections and get more work opportunities by taking full advantage of this amazing benefit!
